Training Expert | Instructional Designer | Intercultural Advocate | Passionate about curriculum development, e-learning, and boosting learner performance through innovative strategies. |
I am a training expert with higher education teaching experience, editing skills, and a commitment to promoting intercultural sensitivity at organizations.
My career centers on curriculum development, e-learning, and innovative performance-boosting strategies. Drawing from teaching experience in language, writing, and literature across Costa Rica and the U.S., I have trained hundreds of in-person and online learners. My comprehensive approach emphasizes active, engaging, and inclusive learning, using dynamic activities, effective rubrics, and targeted resources to enhance learner outcomes.
Currently, as an academic editor, I refine manuscripts for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to standards. My background in publishing, editing, and foreign languages enhances my ability to assist with their writing.
Fully proficient in English, Spanish, and French, I easily navigate multicultural settings. My trilingual skills and intercultural sensitivity enable me to build rapport with international learners quickly and address cultural nuances that impact their learning process.
Dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments and supporting talent development, I am eager to collaborate with organizations committed to excellence in education and training to amplify our impact and reach.
